The Automatic Batch Foam Machine version of our batch foam machine is designed for factories with medium scale production with maximum convenience & less dependence on manual labor. This machine has complete metering lines for all chemicals including tanks, pumps, pipelines & return valves for re-circulation.

Batch Foaming Machine is used to produce flexible PU foam blocks with one block at a time process. These are low priced machines meant for relatively low production.
Process:
First, all chemicals are weighed & kept ready for the process. Polyol and catalysts are poured into the mixing vessel and first mixing is started by pressing the speed 1 push button.
Now TDI & Water are poured in quick succession & Speed 2 is switched ON. The machine mixes the chemicals & releases them into the mold. The open door in the mold is closed manually. The block may be demolded after 5 to 10 minutes.

Process:
First, pre-weighed water and TDI are poured into their respective pouring tanks, placed just above the main mixing vessel.Polyol and catalysts are weighed manually and poured into the mixing vessel and first mixing is started by pressing the speed 1 push button.
Now the TDI+ Water valves are opened(from the control panel). Once TDI+ Water are poured into the mixing vessel, Speed 2 is switched ON. The machine mixes the chemicals & releases them into the mold. The open window in the mold is closed manually. The block may be molded after 5 to 10 minute.
