Auto Batch Foam Machines

We have been engaged in manufacturing and exporting a wide range of auto batch foaming machines, which is in wide demand across the globe. These batch foaming machines or automatic batch foam machines are designed for the convenience of the batch foamier and are fitted with tanks, pumps, motors, RPM counters, pressure indication and complete pipeline from tanks to the mixer.

Semi-Auto Batch Foam Machines

We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of semi automatic batch foam machines, which is especially used for flexible PU Foam. Within these batch foaming machines Polyol and Catalysts are weighed manually and poured into the mixing vessel.

Separate tanks manufactured using Stainless Steel are fixed on the top of the mixing vessel and are used for storage of water. Large sized butterfly valves are also provided at the bottom for releasing the chemicals immediately.
