Auto Batch Foam Machines

Semi-Auto Batch Foam Machines

We are one of the leading manufacturers and exporters of a wide range of Semi-Auto Batch Foam Machines, which is especially used for flexible PU Foam. Within these machines Polyol and Catalysts are weighed manually and poured into the mixing vessel.

Separate tanks manufactured using Stainless Steel are fixed on the top of the mixing vessel and are used for storage of water. Large sized butterfly valves are also provided at the bottom for releasing the chemicals immediately.
